Okay, so I am late posting. I have been quite busy and preoccupied. We had a buckle fracture, Elizabeth did this jumping from the couch to her bean bag. She is walking now but for a few days we were carrying her and then I made her start getting around by herself. I was carrying her to play from her room to the play room to Thomas' room. It was getting old fast. She decided to scoot on her bottom and use her grocery cart to lean on.
As she likes to tell you "Jesus healed her leg". I love that they have that in their minds already so that don't have to learn it later and wonder if it is really true.
Elizabeth and I both have short hair now. I will post pics later.
We had a good Easter/Resurrection Sunday. We hung out with Cody's family. Bryce and Tiff are now "unofficially engaged" but I think tomorrow it will become official.
Shirley and I are redoing the guest bath and kids bath and the kitchen with texturing and painting. Finally that wall paper will be gone.
Well, I am tired and am going to bed. Have a great week.

It has been awhile since I posted but I have been really busy doing...nothing new really just everything.
Thomas is 3 now. He had a "Cars" birthday party at Lights Off Golf and enjoyed it! He got a couple of Lightning McQueen cars and he also got a tractor that looks like "Frank" for those of you who have seen the movie. So he plays "tractor tippin" all the time now.
Elizabeth is growing up and is enjoying being a girl. She does however prefer her toe nails to be polished but has decided she doesn't like it on her fingers. She tried to soak the polish off for about 20 min before I gave in and took it off for her. That is determination!
Cody and I are both doing well and just enjoying watching our family grow up.

This may sound strange...
This may sound strange to some of you but it has really opened my eyes even more to the greatness of God and His blessing on those who believe.
I used to look at Anna Nicole and Britney Spears and the like and roll my eyes at their antics.
However, with the turn of events and all the mania going around about Anna and the trial over her body and her baby and Britney and rehab and her children, and John Travolta and Tom Cruise thinking Scientology can fix anything, it makes me very sad for them.
The Lord has really pressed upon my spirit for the last year to walk in His image - think like Him. God is Love. His word says we should "walk in love" (Eph 5:2).
So now many times when before I might, roll my eyes or call them names or rejoice in their trials, now I have compassion for them and grieve at how sad their lives are and if only they knew the Lord.
I have now added these people to my prayer list. I may be the only one praying for them. The Lord is no respecter of persons and He wants all of us to be saved. Isn't it my duty as a Christian to pray for all those who do not yet know Him?
The world looks to drugs, alcohol, sex, books, food, television, exercise and even other "churches" or gods but there is something greater than anything else can bring and that is the love of God who through Jesus Christ saved us from the sin of this World to "not be condemned but to save us" (John 3:17) and "so we could have life and have it more abundantly" (John 10:10).
So if I cannot influence someone by my life and choices I can at the very least pray for them and that through my prayer, ministering spirits can go forth and cross their path with the Truth.
I love you all and God bless you!

TUMBLEWEEDS!!!
Elizabeth and Thomas
This is our neighbor's house down the alley. They are going to be shocked when they try and get out of their garage. It is literally a wall of tumbleweeds!!
Elizabeth's new do. I think it totally changes her appearance. It is amazing what a new style does.

Thomas asleep with his favorite things - cartoon action figures. And his favorite new passtime - video games - esp Frogger! Notice the intense look on his face!
